Terms of service

These Terms govern the DuraLedge® online store and purchases from DuraLedge LLC. By using the store or ordering, you agree to these Terms and the referenced policies.

Store use

Guest checkout is available and accounts are optional. Account holders are responsible for their credentials and activity. Provide accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information. Do not use the store unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or disrupt its operation or security.

Products and installation

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability accurately and may correct or update information. Review current product and installation resources before drilling or installation. Account for the actual sink, cabinet, countertop, access, and project conditions, and seek qualified help when appropriate.

Orders, prices, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate operational, payment, inventory, address, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons. If DuraLedge cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded. Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment by emailing sales@duraledge.com.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the submitted payment method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy governs destinations, rates, processing, addresses, and service limits. Carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Our Return & Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, damaged or incomplete orders, and cancellations.

Intellectual property and third parties

DuraLedge branding, store content, manuals, graphics, and photographs are owned by DuraLedge LLC or used with permission. They may be used for personal product evaluation and installation, but not commercially exploited without permission.

The Shopify-hosted store may use third-party payment, shipping, or other services with their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and governing law

We may update, suspend, or change the store and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

These Terms are governed by Wisconsin law and applicable United States federal law, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when our operations or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
