Shipping policy

Effective date: August 30, 2026

DuraLedge LLC currently ships eligible orders to the contiguous United States, Washington, DC, and Hawaii.

Processing time

We aim to process and ship orders the same business day whenever possible. Orders received during normal business hours are typically processed that day. Please allow up to 1–2 business days during higher-volume periods or other occasional delays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Expedited orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Central Time, on weekends, or on major U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Expedited service levels refer to carrier transit time after the order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier.

Hawaii

  • Standard shipping: Free
  • Expedited shipping is not available at launch.

Destinations not served at launch

We do not currently ship to Alaska, U.S. territories, or military addresses, including Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

PO boxes

We do not currently offer a dedicated PO-box shipping service. Please provide a deliverable street address. If an order is submitted with a PO-box address, we may contact you for a valid street address before fulfillment. If an eligible address cannot be provided, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery timing

Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other circumstances outside DuraLedge's control may affect delivery.

Expedited shipping charges

Original outbound expedited shipping charges are not refunded for ordinary or change-of-mind returns.

For approved defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, any original outbound shipping charge is reviewed by the owner before a shipping refund is authorized. Carrier-delay situations are reviewed individually.
